[ihc] WWII IH Military tractor/dozer

I found a guy that has an old IH tractor/dozer kind of thing he claims is
military and from WWII.  I don't really know much about it or him, but if
anyone is interested in this kind of thing, let me know and I will get you his
email address.

He calls it a '45 TD9 tractor, and is in the Bay Area of California.
Supposedly has a cracked head or heads, but still ran until the points burned
up.  He only wants $400.00 for it.
