TC bolts

Tom:
  The TC has 4 possible positions for the bolts to line up. 
Only ONE of them is correct.  I suspect that it is mere
coincidence that you can get two in.  Mark it, rotate it
one position relative to each other, and try again.
If that works, great!   If not, rotate again (being careful to
NOT return to the first one you tried) and try again.
If it works, great!  Otherwise...you know the drill.

Be sure to POSITVELY mark the correct position, so the
next time you separate things, you can assemble it
pre-aligned.  Do it now, even if you plan to replace the
converter soon.  Everyone should have a "Mark-All"
paint pen in their toolbox.
