This is irrelevant since Michael doesn't want to lift the front, but if his
WM is really a 1974 it is a 100, not 1000 (actually 1010) series.  So
instead of torsion bars he has a coil IFS, and you can't lift it by cranking
the non-existent t-bars.

That's also why it sits higher in front than previous IFS trucks.

As for the tires on the Scout, just don't use 4x4 until you get matched
ones.
