rear seals again

The rear seal on my 304 is leaking, it seems that this is a common problem 
for this motor. Before I undertake the fix, I did some reading of back 
digests but I couldn't find out if there was a rear seal mfg that was 
considered reliable.
anyone have any part numbers...
