345 rocker ratio

I have been looking at camshafts.  Comp Cams list their lift at 1.5
rocker ratio and Iskendarian lists their lift at 1.6 rocker ratio.
What is the correct rocker ratio?  Is it different between stamped and
boat style rockers?
My pushrods have a ball on each end.  I believe this is the stamped style
rocker, is that right.
