Fish Carb?

Hi All,

OK, I'll bite.. I know others are thinking the same thing... What is the Fish
Carberator?  All I see from the thread so far is that it was suppose to get
100mpg?  Anybody know and want to explain the theory behind it?  Is there a
good place to read about it?    (Or will big brother get mad if we talk about
it?)
