Here is a good starter rig for sale in California.

Not too bad looking.  It looks like it may have been a 2WD converted to a
4WD, based on the newer NP-205 it has instead of the older NP-202.  It
also looks like it has aftermarket AC by the AC vent in the dash.

The price it has now is pretty good for one of those motors, which are
gradually escalating in price as they get harder to find.  There is a lot
of aftermarket aluminum parts available now, like heads and blocks and
other high-zoot parts, for those so inclined.
