[ihc] engine source in the Pacific Northwest?

I would like to find a place that has some Perkins engines to look at,
and maybe buy.  I do not want a new or rebuilt one, just a rebuilder
core.  I am looking for a turbocharged 354 diesel (or just the turbo
portion of one), and a naturally aspirated 372 diesel.  These were used
in different brands of big truck, boats, and Massey tractors.  Does
anyone know where I might find some of these in Oregon or Washington?
