Mac,

The square handle that turns the collar inside is rounded off. It happens
all the time. Take out the Screws holding the t-handle in and remove it.
Take a flat blade screwdriver and twist...Wolla Open says Mac!!

Take the handle and put some small puddle welds on the rounded off area and
then file/grind it square again and reinstall. Should take about 45-an hour
and be good as new. Be sure and lube stuff up while in there.
