[ihc] lug patterns

In which model year did IH switch from the 6 to the 8 lug pattern on the 3/4
ton trucks? I thought I read someone (Jim G?) saying it was the '74 / '75
trucks only, but I see a "1970" on Ebay with 8 lugs. I guess the choices
are: a. I misunderstood, b. It's not a 1970 model, c. It's not a 3/4 ton, d.
All of the above.
