RE: [ihc] Master Cylinder R/R
I had a similar problem a while back. The fluid from the master cylinder
dumped into the booster and then drained out of the booster. I replaced the
master and the booster is still working today, so just change the master and
see where you are.
Check the booster with the engine running, and then disconnect the vacuum
line from the booster (and plug it so there's not an open line from the
intake manifold) and test the brakes again. If it feels the same when it's
connected and disconnected then the booster is bad, otherwise the booster is
probably ok.

If it's useless, when you press the brake pedal with the truck running you
won't have any assistance....it will be all manual.
I'm not sure how these are oriented, but it would be a good idea to remove
the booster from the truck and let it drain completely if brake fluid has
indeed leaked into it (which if the seal at that end of the MC is leaking
is pretty likely)
If it still provides boost, use it and don't worry about it.
