That is a PCV Valve...
You can get both new. I think the valve itself is a regular parts store
thing... the grommet you'll have to get from an International dealer or LL
vendor.
You don't have to take the intake of valley pan off. But first, I'd check
to see if it's the valve or just the hose leaking. Hose is a lot easier to
replace!
The grommet can be "fun" to get in, but you *can* do it, and you don't have
to pull the intake or valley pan to do it.
