if that's a postal Scout, then it's likely a '67 800. the Crismon book
shows a large rollout (6745 units) of 2 wheel drive postal Scouts in 1967,
no side markers. according to the book, right hand drive, limited slip
differential, a heater, and an automatic transmission were the only
amenities.
