The Dodge trucks with six lug wheels are the 1958 to 1968 W300's. Some
people consider these "Power Wagons" and some don't. These are some of
my favorite trucks besides IH's. There are lots of them on this site:

A Google search for "power wagon w300" turns up more info than you could
want on these trucks.

I've worked on *MANY* of them. Have many of them to look at when I'm
at a friend's place working on my stuff(including a 1953 Dodge M43
that has the five lug pattern shared with all civilian flat fender
PWs).
Dodge did use the 6 lug pattern in later civilian trucks. But not
on the "flat fender" Power Wagon or it's military derivatives. From
it's incarnation circa WWII to 1968 when the last flat fender PW was
produced, all came with the same five lug pattern.
If you've seen a flat fender PW with a six lug pattern, that axle was
swapped in under there, excepting some weird, very rare factory deal
that I've not seen nor read about/heard mentioned.
