I'm gonna guess "No". Slightly educated guess. I had that issue of RPM
in my desk at work but see it is not here now.  I read the article but
that was too long ago.    

I have a Super M at my house on semi permanent loan from my dad since he
rented his land out.  I just need someone to donate the Electrall.

I've never seen a rotating three phase converter run backwards---but
MAYBE .

Hmmm....in theory, shouldn't a 'Tesla motor' work in either direction?
