Its a long shot, but this was in the Muskegon Chronicle yesterday:
    Mac Wood's Dune Rides is hiring full-time, seasonal drivers.  Must be 21
and have good driving record. (231) 873-2817.

Mac Wood's is based near Silver Lake, MI.  I went past last fall and saw 3 IH
based "dune scooters", there was also one with Dodge sheetmetal probably from
the late 70s or early 80s and one with Ford Superduty sheetmetal  - IIRC.
Other than that, I don't know much about the operation.  I don't think that
you would get rich but west Michigan is a great place to enjoy the summer.
