I havn't come up with any special tools, but I dearly love my timing wrench.
It's really nice not having to worry about a little wrench when doing
timing, I can stick that thing down there even with the engine running and
adjust my timing (speaking of which, I need to retard it a little I think,
noticed some pinging over the weekend).
