You should be able to get that washer and new plastic shoes from Warn as
a rebuild kit.  I remember getting them from GI Joe's when I did my last
set.  I do not know the part number, but if you are lucky enough to have
a parts guy that knows how to look things up, you should be able to find
them.  If they are no longer available, you might be able to get some
help by calling Warn direct.  I am lucky enough to live near them, it is
a 20 minute drive to their plant.  I have sometimes just gone there and
gotten what I need.  Problem is they have all but forgotten about IHC and
the things they used to make for them.  Fellow I know swore he would
never buy another Warn product after getting into and argument on the
phone with one of their tech people that did not know anything about
IHCs, even though they were OEM for many years.
