RE: [ihc] Ted's under pressure
My main Scout a '79 345 I have had about 15 years. I have parked it at time for months. It never has had a collapsed
lifter.
My second Scout ('72 345) does collapse exactly the way you describe. If I drive it alot it tends to not collapse.
Maybe you have a bad lifter?
