I would love a shop that big. Think of the lawn that would never have
to be mowed again. Think of the tools I would lose in a space that
large.
Think of the additional junk I would collect.

I can get my little shop (15X20) up to 50F with a little sheep herders
stove, it takes 4 hours to get there though.
The radiant floor heat is the best idea.
A friend of mine has radiant floor heat in his shop, after 10+ years as
a mechanic in Antarctica, without heated floors, he knew what was
important.
