[ihc] 266 Pistons

I notice that 266 pistons are now availible new again.  A little too late 
for a lot of engines (which were junked I imagine due to no pistons), but 
still good news regardless.

Also, does anyone know if the scout connections reciever hitches work with 
the step bumper?  I know there is a kind that does, but can't find it, and 
they didn't respond to e-mails from me.
