[ihc] Differential Covers Correction

I just talked with Skid Row to ask them where on their web site their diff
covers were. They said they didn't make diff covers.

So, I just talked to Del who said he had gotten so much stuff from Skid Row
that he guessed he'd forgotten where the diff covers came from.

Anyway, he is going to look and see and will let me know.
