Thread-topic: axle rebuild kits

I'm replacing the differential in my Dana 44 rear axle (on a '72 Scout
II 4x4 345 with 727 transmission), and I need to replace all the axle
bearings, oil seals, retainer rings, etc.  Can anyone recommend a
retailer (online preferably) where I can get all these misc parts for my
axle?  When ordering parts I assume I'll need the 'bill of material' on
the axle tube.  However, mine is quite corroded and unreadable.  Is
there another way to positively id the axle for the purpose of ordering
replacement parts?
