[ihc] IH Construction Equipment

I saw discussion on the Pay.... IH construction equipment a fee weeks ago. A
friend gave me an original copy of the IHC Annual Report from 1962. The
presidents letter is dated January 9, 1963. Here are some tidbits from the
annual report.

Inside Front cover: A picture of new Payscraper to be introduced "next month"
being pushed by a rubber tired Paydozer.

Page 8: A picture of a Scout, no top, 1 driver, 2 passengers and 2 golf bags
in rear at a golf course. Caption: "The all-purpose International Scout
constantly makes new friends. Equally at home on the highway or across
country, for work or play, the two-wheel or four-wheel drive Scout is now
available with roll-down windows and bucket seats."

Page 9 New Products: Construction Equipment:
"A new Payscraper (R) with struck capacity of 24 cubic yards is now in
production."
"In early 1963, a new Model 100 Payhauler (R), with a load capacity of 30
tons, will ready for production."
"The Frank G Hough Co., a domestic subsidiary, introduced two new Payloader
(R) models, enlarging its all-wheel-drive line to seven sizes."
"For military use, Hough designed and produced a new Paymover, a 25,500 pound,
all-wheel-drive vehicle used in towing tactical and medium-weight naval
reconnaissance aircraft."

Note: (R) equals the superscript "R in a circle" registered trademark symbol.

Motor Trucks: "The all-purpose International Scout added a Walk-Thru
conversion model with bucket seats and optional roll-down windows."

Page 16: A picture of a woman mowing the lawn on a Cub Cadet. Caption:
"Taking the work out of home care has made the versatile International Cub
Cadet tractor the leader in its field. From mowing to snow removal, the
7-horsepower tractor with matched equipment is an efficient helper the year
round."
