[ihc] New IHC Sighting!

Just was watching "Emeril Live" on FoodTV (ch. 231 on DirecTV). During a
"King Arthur" flour commercial there was a _very brief_ glimpse of the front
end of an IH logo'd tractor - yeah, it was red. Yeah, I know it could have
been other colors.

Thanks for all the tire/wheel follow-up.
