IH Sighting (was Re: [ihc] I need a picture of a 59 t-all)
---Okay, so it was a B Series Travelall (or pickup?) that was in the movie
The Car. Yep yep, while the sheriff was riding the motorcycle from his
house, running from the hot rod Lincoln, involved in the big chase scene was
a B Series IH. Funny thing was, just about everything that came into contact
with that possessed Lincoln was ready for the recycling bin. The IH on the
other hand, was smashing doors and fenders against the Lincoln (receiving
little if any damage) and the occupants pulled off the road, parked, got out
and planted the dynamite at the bottom of the gorge. The IH survived a
confrontation with a devil car! Sort of says that they are tough enough to
go through hell and back. (?)
---Thank you,
-T.R.E.Jr.
-`73 Scout II (StoneThrower)
-`51 Farmall H (Heinz)
-`49 IH fridge (presently unnamed and in need of a compressor)
-`49 Plymouth Special Deluxe 4-door Sedan (Papapalooza)
