Re: grease
I can't prove this, but 20 years ago, the man that was the lubricants
specialist at IH Truck Engineering made the statement that as far as he
was concerned, the best wheel bearing grease he had found was the tubes
of IH chassis lube for a gun, so that's what I've used ever since. At
least I'm sure you can get the bearing packed better and easier with this
than the regular wheel bearing grease.
