more lifter stuff

the lifter is out of my 152.  it was dry.  i pumped
some oil into it and now it is nice and firm.  i've
got it soaking in some oil.  do you think i should get
a new one or go with this one.  also, does anybody
know the torque values for the rocker arm on a 152. i
appreciate the help and the thing came right out with
my free tool rental!  by the way, the spring in the
lifter has a rubber piece on one end.  it looks like
this rubber should be down in the lifter--does anyone
know for sure?  i may be seeing light way down at the
end of the tunnel.
