Re: What's my scout worth?
I can still store stuff up there. I just got to loking around at all the
cool _cr*p_ I have and decided I need to clear some of the stuff I won't use
before I dump more $$$ into the diesel Scout. I'm also moving out of my
storage garage. You've never seen that. I'm a packrat on a grand scale. For
a 25yo I've got a decked out shop. Full Snap-On roll away (two of each from
4mm to 30mm, 1/16" to 2" sockets, wrenches and impact, nice Witworth set
from England) , Two craftsman sets (250+ piece) in luggable boxes for
emergency work. 80Gal 6HP compressor, just about every airtool made
(including a full on industrial jack hammer), 25HP mobile industrial
compressor, 16spd floor stand drill press, just about every speciality hand
tool you can think of: crow feet, wratchet wrenches, torx, fuel injection
tools, torque wrenches, plumbing tools, taps, dies (SAE, metric AND
Witworth)ect, ect. Compound mitre saw, circular saws, jig saws, two
sawz-alls, a 120" bandsaw in another friends shop. Parts cleaning bin at his
place too. Small 120v MIG, torch set. 15Ton press. I needed some place to
store it all while in school and before I had the house. Now I've got some
room in the basement and it's foolish to spend $120 a month on storage for a
place I can't WORK in. No power, underneath an apartment. It sucks. I want
to get rid of that 392 in my garage before I move. I dread moving IHC
blocks. Trashing that other 392 killed my back for 2 weeks.
