changed my email address

Hey,

Since Cable & Wireless stinks so bad, I changed my ISP to Mindspring.  I
can't get C&W to autoforward my email to my new address, so in case you've
been trying to reach me, here's my address:

     pharmer@domain.elided

BTW, I was going to just send a note to all the unique email addresses that
I saw over the last six months, but I ended up with about 200 of this list
alone!
