Ronis,
IBHC! (Infamous Bulk Head Connector) That is where the wires pass
through the fire wall from the interior of the truck to the engine bay.
These contacts get dirty and corroded and pass current poorly. Remove
them and spray them out with contact cleaner, then add some dieelectric
grease to the plugs and put them back togetehr.
