What is the limiting factor here?  My 3/4 ton 4x4 p'up with 
304/5-speed/4.10's will do over 70 in 4th, and then there is another gear.  
Weighs nearly 5000 lbs, and I wouldn't consider it to be much more 
aerodynamic than a scout, though my windshield is curved.
