Re: tranny again?



Well I've seen a machine at the jiffy-lube or grease-monkey or some
other generic 10 minute lube place that claimed to pump the fluid out of
the torque convertor. They tried to sell me this service (for an extra
charge of course) when I was having the transaxle fluid changed in my
Saturn. Thay were all ready to hook it up unitl I explained to them that
I did not need this service since I did not have a torque converter
(it's a manual!). I think the 10-minute lube/oil places are great values
but you have to watch them like a hawk.
