   That was long winded? You haven't read many of my posts have you? :-)
   Really, any Scout II will do, but; you probable want to go for
something after 74 so you have front disc brakes, but before 79 so you
avoid some emmissions headaches, BUT; a 1980 Scout has 3 degress of
castor built into the ront axle so that it handles and corners better,
so it is your choice.
