Jim,
   No problem. I'm only sitting here all day doing nothing. It sounds
like a cop-out but not everyone has time to keep up on what is happening
in your own state. Especially if your local newspaper doesn't report it.
   One of the big reasons we should all join our local clubs and/or join
associations like United Four Wheel Drive is because they have people
who watch for these legislations and inform us of what is happening. 
   Just FYI check out http://www.ufwda.org and see what else is
happening and what you can do.
