Bellhousing pattern won't be the same. i.e. Jeep tranny no mount to IH
motor - unless there is some adapter made.

I do remember, and of course can't find in my files, that the 727 was
replced with a 900 series by Chrysler and these are 4 spd od trans. We
debated whether one might fit the "guts" into an IH case.

Any other ideas?
