Vinnie, and others interested, 
the closed loop kit does just that it gets power and ground from the holley
wiring harnes, it intercepts the tps blue wire to make adjustments, it also
connects to the fast idle solenoid so it wont work in warm up mode wich
would defeat the choke and it has a wire that hooks to the pink wire for
the starter solenoid so the starting enrichment works.  the question i had
was with the white wire, I finnaly got through on thier tech # and found
out.  the wite wire remains unconected for normal use, and is grounded if
you want to run open loop for whatever reason (tuning)  thanks for the
input.
