Get a real tire & wheel on that thing.  Those space save spares are really
not for driving.  Not worth risking your life

If your vehicle is not driveable safely, they should provide you with a
rental car while yours is being fixed.  This is fairly normal.  Ins
companies can rent cars for unbelieveably little money, don't worry about
it.
