Tired Engine Thanks

Thanks for posting "at large" your tired engine checks.
Although, I didn't start this thread, I appreciate your tips.

Timely too ...my dear old four banger has had the flu lately
...I have been overlooking vacuum leaks ...tonight I check!

A friend suggested valve rocker tweaking...can these be
adjusted on a 4/196 (392V8, same I think)?
