Help! Need body mounts, and a 1 inch lift kit

Hi all,
Now that I have my springs done on my Scout, I've learned that my body
doesn't sit level on the frame. One rear body mount bracket is broken off.
There's really no rubber everywhere else.
SO,
Does anyone out there know where I can get a body mount kit? and a 1 inch
body lift kit? Seems no one makes these for a 800 Scout.
