Ignition Switch

O.K.  I know this is a simple one, but I am stuck...
I bought a new key set from GUS, both to support the dealer and to fix the
three different keys for one Scout II problem I had.
I installed the two door locks no problem...very easy.  However, I can't
figure out how to install the ignition lock.  How the heck does that thing
come apart???

Any help is greatly appreciated.
