Not to pick nits, Tom . . .

but I don't think that 1/2" bolt heads alone will be sufficient.

I put the bolts through the holes from the INSIDE, leaving the heads inside
the tube, and an inverted lug nut on the outside (flat side against the
bumper tube).  These are a bit taller than the bolt heads alone.
