Welding Galvinized Metal

Digesters,
Saw a reference to welding galvanized metal body panels this a.m.
I took a welding class last fall.  The instructor was REAL adamant about
wearing a GOOD mask, not paper kind and having LOTS of ventilation if you
weld galvanized stuff.
The fumes will at least make you puke your guts out if not go into
convulsions.
Not a good thing to do.
He said it is fine if you follow the proper safety steps.  Just be REAL
careful.

As you should always be out there.
