RTV-11
When I was in the nuke business I used a silicone rubber labelled
"RTV-11". It wasn't the safest RTV as it contained coloidal Tin,
however, it was great as an inspection media. It cured overnight and it
virtually did not shrink. It was great for measuring the depth of
scratches and other defects that were very small (ie, less than .005"
wide and less than .001" deep).
Do you know what I am talking about?
Do you have an equivalent?
Do you know someone who does?
