Re[4]: Mold in the truck? Desiccant...
Tom,
I do NOT hate cats. Just ones that PISS all over the inside
of cars. If owners made the homes more comfy, the car wouldn't
seem an option.
I'll check on the desiccant. The guy in the lab told me it
was NaOH. Whatever the heck it is, it keeps my truck, dry and
smelling fresh! My Dad has an OZONE generator too. That works
really well.
Good luck with the cats. Round my folks' house where my stuff
is stored, we have packrats. These things eat anything. They
ate the end of the hose on the radiator neck. Little nibble
marks all over. If you leave shoes out, they'll eat the laces,
AND the leather. Forget about tassels on loafers, gone. They
even at the insulation off the ENTIRE wiring harnes from a
motorcycle I had stored in my parts yard. The entire harness is
all bare copper now. Individual strands, all bare.
