Ka-friggin'-BOOM! Re: Speaking of 727 Torque Converters



I drove it on it's final leg 130 miles home. Barely got home. Mega tranny
slippage. Parked it. Tried it the next day and it would go in reverse, but
not foreward. Parked it in the street and called AAA to tow it to the lot.

Take the tranny shift cable out of it. It's probably got only 500 miles on
it. I changed it right before it toasted.
