Leak detector

On the subject of leaks, I always see on those TV shows where they add this
stuff that glows under a blacklight to check for leaks. Anyone know where
to get this stuff? I checked at NAPA and JC Whitney and in all my parts
catalogs but I don't see it anywhere.
