I haven't pulled the fuel line off the carb to test for fuel flow yet,
and John H suggested it could be the filter being clogged also. I don't
think that there is a problem internally with the carb, unless it is as
you say the float bowl needle is stuck closed and won't let any ful into
the carb. This seems a bit unliely though. I will have to try the filter
and pump. I will buy a new pump regardless, because with 3 Scouts one of
them is bound to need a pump sometim and I'll have it for my spare parts
now.
