Matt,
Get a oxy torch set. Heat the inner sleave really hot. The rubber
will expand and force the sleave out. Let the rubber cool and push it
through with a screw driver and hammer. Then take a hacksaw blade and go
through the ey and cut two slots through the outer sleave. Once that
strip of sleave is ot you can pry the rest out with a screw driver. If
you are high tech, take an air chisel with a chisel bit and cut the
outer sleave out. Works better than the hacksaw mehod.
