It goes right where the 19 gallon tank fits. Really tight fit though.  You
loose the skid plate. I just put on one from Northwest ... can't remember.
I think I ordered it from GUS.  I miked the top and it was 0.050 inch. 
John Hoffstetter has had one for years.  Has used it for a skid plate on
several occasions and it holds up well.
